Q: Where do we park when we get to Freckled Hen?
Freckled Hen Gift has several parking spots in the front of the store and several more in a back parking lot located off of Cleburn Street.
Freckled Hen Home has many parking spots to the side and back of the store. Please note, there are two spots that are reserved for our Freckled Hen Cottage guests only.
Q: What is the difference between Freckled Hen Home and Freckled Hen Gift?
Freckled Hen Gift is located at 840 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville and has a large selection of giftable items and treats for yourself, too! This includes kids, gourmet foods, jewelry, and puzzles, etc!
Freckled Hen Home is located at 1904 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville and is Freckled Hen's second new location! includes handmade local pottery, pillows, kitchen goods, and general home and tabletop decor.
Q: If I live in Northwest Arkansas, can I just pick up my order from your store instead of having to pay for shipping?
Yes, absolutely! Just select Store Pickup during checkout and pick up during our regular store hours. Please feel free to come inside to pick up or call the store and we will bring your order to your car.
You can choose to pick up from the following locations:
Freckled Hen Home: 1904 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville
Freckled Hen Gift: 840 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville
Freckled Hen Warehouse: 2231 N. Lowell Rd. in Springdale
Pick up orders are fulfilled and transferred from our warehouse location. You can pick up your order at the store after 4pm the following day. You may also choose future pick up dates at checkout if you don't need it immediately.
Q: Do you deliver?
We do deliveries Monday-Saturday with the Fayetteville, Springdale, & Tontitown areas! Enter your zip code at checkout to see if you qualify for free delivery on orders $30 and above.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item I ordered in-store or online?
Please head to our our Return/Exchange information page for detailed information. Local purchases must be returned to the location you purchased them from.
Q: What happens if my order arrives broken?
We're so sorry that happened! We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to email@example.com and send us photos of your broken item(s) along with your order number. We will re-send that item immediately! If the item is no longer in stock we will do our best to make sure you are taken care.
Broken items do not need to be mailed back to us.
Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is our love language! Never hesitate to ask us! Gift wrapping is free at our brick and mortar location! Online gift wrapping is $5 and free when you spend $50+! Simply add gift wrapping to your cart at checkout and if your cart has reached $50, you will automatically receive the discount!
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping is available worldwide with the exception of the EU. Orders placed Monday-Saturday will ship within 24 hours, however, we do not ship on Sundays. Shipping rates are determined based on weight of the item(s) & speed at which you would like your package to arrive. Domestic orders of $75 or more will ship free!
Free shipping may not necessarily be rush shipping. If you need your order shipped Priority, please pay for rush shipping at checkout!
Q: How quickly do you respond to a customer service question?
We will respond to your questions within 24 hours and typically much faster!
Q: I saw something on Instagram, but I can’t find it on your site. What do I do?
If you can’t find the item on the website, the item is sold out and has been taken down from the website. Please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can let you know if that item will become available again. We can even keep your info on file and contact you if it does!
Q: What do I do if an item is sold out?
If an item is sold out, please head to the product's page and enter your email in the box that says "Please notify me when this item becomes available!". Once you do that, you will automatically get notified when the item is back in stock. At that moment, you can opt to be added to our mailing list if you wish.
Q: Do you offer gift registries?
We do offer registries for weddings, baby showers, wish lists and more! You can find our registry, create one and manage your own here through MyRegistry.com!
