All plants have been grown by Luke and Natalie in their greenhouse using organic potting mix and organic fertilizer. All seeds is non-GMO, some seeds are certified organic.

Variety Description:

Hits all the tomato flavor notes: sugary and rich, with plenty of acid. Green when fully ripe with a psychedelic swirling interior. Productive yields of 8–12 oz. beefsteak-sized fruit that do not get oversized. Easier to harvest than some green tomatoes as the bottom of the fruit shows a nice pink blush when ripe. More uniform fruit size, shape, and color than Captain Lucky. Bred by Emily Rose Haga at Johnny's. Indeterminate. USDA Certified Organic.
